Working with business and industry partners, the University of Salford specialises in the areas of health, energy, art, media and the built environment.

With over 20,000 students, the university operates across four campuses: three are within a 10 minute walk of each other and the fourth at MediaCity (right next to the BBC) is connected via a free bus service that runs every 10 minutes. It is also close to Manchester City Centre with its mix of music, night-life, restaurants and culture, alongside the university’s own great social scene.

It continuously strives to invest in its facilities and industry partnerships to try and enhance the student experience and provide opportunities to develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen career.

The university offers its own student accommodation complexes, some of which include en-suite bedrooms, an on-site cinema room, gym, TV and games room, group study lounges and launderette facilities.
