Onwards and Upwards are a group who help people with the challenges of mental, physical or emotional health with a helping hand and a friendly smile.

Go along for a brew and a chat and they can help find new ways to deal with the above as all the members have lived experiences.

The group now meet up at The Tiger Moth Pub which is at the heart of the Higher Irlam community.
