Irlam and Cadishead Community Festival Committee

Founded in 1950, this community organisation brings a wide range of entertainment to Prince’s Park every year.

With the aim of providing the people of Irlam and Cadishead with a great day out every August Bank Holiday weekend, the festival involves a full day of community stalls, live music, real ale and much more.

From kids craft workshops, sport events, street theatre and live music, right through to supporting local history, local businesses and other community activity groups, as well as the famous firework display in the park…. there is something for everyone.

Held at Prince’s Park, in the heart of the district, the event brings the community together and helps to create memories, enable new friendships and hopefully inspire people.

This volunteer led organisation attracts funding from an array of sources through grants and sponsorship.
