The Friends of Irlam Station, or FIRST as they are known, are a very active and pro-active group. They work tirelessly to maintain several areas around Irlam Station to make it a destination you want to stay awhile.

Flower gardens and special features around the station grounds are created and maintained by the members. They are also ‘Tour Guides’ giving tours around Station House, Station Art Park and the Signal Yard.

Two well organised and attended by the community, are their Summer and Christmas Events which are not to be missed highlights of the year at Irlam Station!
