Salford Health Works is a locally-run programme that supports people in Salford aged 18-65. They work in partnership to help people to make positive and lasting changes to their lifestyles that will improve their health and wellbeing.
They offer health and wellbeing support and support to move into employment.
HOW DOES IT WORK? The focus is on working with you to make manageable changes that will improve your health and wellbeing on a day to day basis.
They understand that everyone is different, so they will put together a plan just for you.

Financial, beneﬁts issues and Housing
They offer specialist support if you have issues like ﬁnancial worries or beneﬁt problems. When you’re ready, and if you’re looking for work, then they can help you with that too. They can offer access to training, volunteering and work experience opportunities. They also work with lots of employers in Salford, so they can help you ﬁnd local job opportunities.
HOW DO I ACCESS SALFORD HEALTH WORKS?
To access the programme you’ll need to be referred by your GP Practice.
If you haven’t spoken to your GP or Practice Nurse, but are interested in the programme, then make an appointment with them.
