The cemetery has provision for various denominations. Over the years various sections, dedicated to specific religious denominations, have been added to the cemetery to reflect Warrington’s multi-faith society. The grounds and memorials are managed by Warrington Borough Council (WBC) Bereavement Services, Walton Lea Crematorium, Chester Road, Walton, Warrington WA4 6TB. The Exclusive Right of Burial may be purchased for individual plots in Hollinfare Cemetery. Smaller plots for the interment of cremated remains may be purchased.

The Bereavement Services are supported by a local voluntary group ‘Friends of Hollinfare Cemetery’, whose aim it is to ‘Improve the Look and Feel of the Cemetery’. The Friends group was formed in October 2010 and have been working tirelessly, with action days each month to help improve the cemetery for all who visit.
